YLMP Youth Support Foundation (also known as Young Leaders Mentorship Programme) is a forward-thinking organization dedicated to empowering young people in their pursuit of successful careers, leadership and entrepreneurial ventures. We believe in nurturing the next generation of leaders by providing a supportive environment where youth can develop critical skills, gain confidence, and navigate their paths with purpose. Our programs focus on delivering the tools, guidance, and resources that young individuals need to excel in today’s dynamic world, including STEM development.

Our Programs
Youth In Action (Leadership Development)
Through immersive workshops, group projects, and hands-on involvement in a variety of initiatives, including anti-racism projects that build cultural awareness and allyship, this program develops essential leadership and professional skills such as collaboration, teamwork, workplace resilience, integrity, adaptability, and empathy
Entrepreneurship Development Program
We organize programs that help aspiring youth develop foundational entrepreneurial skills, including fashion and sewing, crochet, hairstyling, photography, video editing & content creation, marketing, finance, etc.
STEM Workshops
This program introduces youth to essential digital and technology skills through hands-on courses in cybersecurity, data analytics, artificial intelligence, website design, and vibe coding, closing gaps in STEM access and building the confidence and technical literacy youth need to thrive in a digital economy.
Mentorship Cohorts
We offer small group and one-on-one mentorship sessions, connecting young people with mentors from diverse industries who provide valuable insights, guidance, and support. With two major cohorts each year, we also ensure continuous mentorship throughout the year.
