Company Overview
Young Leaders Mentorship Programme is a forward-thinking organization dedicated to empowering young people in their pursuit of successful careers, leadership and entrepreneurial ventures. We believe in nurturing the next generation of leaders by providing a supportive environment where youth can develop critical skills, gain confidence, and navigate their paths with purpose. Our programs focus on delivering the tools, guidance, and resources that young individuals need to excel in today’s dynamic world.

We provide educational resources, career insights, and industry knowledge through workshops, seminars, and online resources, - Mentorship
Our mentorship programs connect youth with experienced professionals and entrepreneurs who offer personalized guidance, feedback, and support. - Support
Through our network, young individuals find encouragement, networking opportunities, and financial support to help them overcome obstacles and grow in their chosen fields. - Leadership. We provide leadership training and experiences that build essential qualities, from communication and decision-making to team collaboration and problem-solving.
Our Programs
- Youth In Action (YIA)
This is a project-based initiative that equips youth with essential professional skills, including collaboration, teamwork, and workplace resilience, through hands-on engagement in diverse projects. - Youth Information Hub (YIH)
    We provide information through monthly newsletter shared on emails and social media handles on relevant      programmes, scholarships, events, workshop by other agencies that is aligned with our objective. We also        support immigrants to better integrate. We organize Parent Sessions to get them informed about available       opportunities for their youths and also sensitize our programs and required support.
- Mentorship Circles
We facilitate small group and one-on-one mentorship sessions, connecting young people with mentors from various industries who offer insights, guidance, and support. We have 2 major cohorts per year, while we do continuous year-round mentorship. - Entrepreneurship Development Program
We connect aspiring entrepreneurs with organizations where they can be taught the fundamentals of starting and managing a business, covering topics from business planning to marketing and finance. - STEM Empowerment
The STEM program empowers youth with hands-on experiences in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics, fostering innovation, critical thinking, and skills to become tomorrow’s leaders and changemakers.
